NOTE coaching experience may be concurrent with teaching experience.br br Please note the position offered, i.e., STEMPLTW Teacher Department Head is substantially different from the position the alien beneficiary currently holds at Triad Math and Science Academy Co. The job duties of the job opportunity are set forth in H.11. Sixty percent 60 of the job duties of the offered position are duties performed in conjunction as serving as Department Head as follows programcurriculum development and review, PLTW implementation, reviewassessment, inventory management, mentoring and supporting STEMPLTW teachers, observing teachers and providing them with constructive recommendations, engaging parents in STEM through developing printed information, conducting family STEM events, community partnerships etc. None of the aforementioned duties are duties performed by the beneficiary in his current position as Math Teacher. The remaining 40 of the duties of the offered position are duties associated with teaching Engineering and PLTW courses to students in grades 912 and coaching competitive student clubsteams. As such, the job duties of beneficiarys current position as math teacher which are delineated below in Section K Alien Work Experience are more than 50 different from the job duties of the job opportunity and therefore the beneficiary did not gain any of the qualifying experience with the employer in a position substantially comparable to the requested job opportunity.
