Position requires a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or as an Integration and Yield Engineer, or in a closely related position in semiconductor manufacturing. Alternately, will accept a PhD Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in a related technical field.br br Position also requires comprehensive working knowledge of or experience with CMOS Fabrication Process such as, gate stack module including gate dielectric and gate electrode materials and processes, ion implant and implant masking processes, junction and sourcedrain engineering, mobility engineering techniques, spacer formation, and silicide module. Requires knowledge of or experience with unit process and integrated module interactions and their effect on electrical parametric. Requires knowledge of or experience with designing process technologies for low power and high performance with focus on reduction of leakage sources throughout the FEOL process flow. Requires knowledge of or experience with transferring, implementing, ramping and sustaining process technologies with a focus on customerspecific product technology targeting and customization, process simplification and optimization for yield improvement and cost reduction. Requires knowledge of or experience with solidstate device physics, submicron FET architectures, and the implications of device characteristics and performance on technology and product behavior. Requires knowledge of or experience with the design, execution, and analysis of experiments. Knowledge or experience may be gained concurrently through graduate degree curriculum, coop, or internship.
