Experience in CAP and CLIA regulations and quality assurance measures required for testing and validation of laboratory resulting.br Experience in HL7 standards.br Experience in transfusion medicine workflow and blood bank applications.br Experience in the general laboratory workflow, and how laboratory workflow affects analysis and decisions in all clinical areas involved in a new or modified process.br Experience in Sunquest.br Experience troubleshooting and repairing laboratory instrumentation used in hematology, transfusion medicine, chemistry, coagulation and urinalysis.br Experience inspecting and interpreting laboratory instrument errors and identifying if there are interface connectivity issues.br Experience in hospital information systems workflow and applications and in advanced laboratory information systems implementation.br Experience in the impact and use of lab data in other clinical areas, including experience in laboratory resulting for normal vs. abnormal result ranges, experience with laboratory testing, and in what collection and stability is required for specific tests.br Experience documenting clinical workflows.br Experience in quality and validation activities and documentation.br Experience using advanced and complex spreadsheet and database applications, including collecting large datasets, sorting and manipulating for data analysis, and extracting from system databases.br Must be willing to work nights and weekends, when necessary.br br Upon hire, all applicants will be subject to drug testingscreening and background checks.br br H.12 Business Necessity Statement Toe Company has a business necessity to hire analysts with appropriate education and experience.
