Complete requirements for the position are as follows Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field, plus 8 years of experience developing and implementing international operations excellence practices and safety regulations related to operations, maintenance, process engineering, and reliability management in the global oil and gas industry.Must have 8 years of experience in the following deploying and enabling software to support safety management systems including Risk Registers, MOC, PHAs, Audit Protocols, Incident Management, Corrective Action Management, Shared Learnings and Networking and providing business consultancyleadership coaching in oil and gas industry. Position is based out of and reports to company HQ in Richardson, Tx but allows employee to telecommute from home office anywhere in the United States.
