Experience must include eighteen months of performing SOX testing across multiple industries, including Technology, Media, and Telecommunications TMT, consumer, energy, and utility industries; conducting financial statement audits, SarbanesOxley SOX 404, SOX Readiness, and IT controls; utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning ERP technologies, including PeopleSoft, JDE, Windows, AS400, and MS SQL; designing and executing test plans and testing procedures for Information Technology IT application audits; performing Public Company Accounting Oversight Board PCAOB and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants AICPA controls testing; supporting SSAE18 and SOC1 attestations; conducting IT and business process walkthroughs, executing GITC testing procedures related to manual and automated IT controls, and performing automated business process controls within cash, equity, real estate assets, advisor reimbursement, revenue, human resources, payroll, dispositions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable; conducting policy and procedure reviews; and auditing and testing client platform baseline standards.
