Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Seven years direct project controls experience to include planning and detailed construction schedules for engineering and procurement activities; quantity surveying; scheduling and duration calculations, scheduling using Critical Path method, resource loaded schedules, estimating and document control; Work Breakdown Structure WBS based on scope of work; creating project calendars within a schedule; and document change order information for multiple, large scale projects. One year of which must include project cost management and reporting; calculations of forward and backward passes; calculating total float and free float; developing a coding structure for schedule reporting; and Oracle Primavera P6 and earned value management system. In lieu of a Bachelors degree plus 71 years of experience, a Masters degree plus 51 years of experience will also meet our requirements. This position requires domestic travel to worksites 10 of the time.
