Five years of experience in H.10A must be experience in the complete software development lifecycle developing camera drivers and features, camera and motion sensors synchronization and related software drivers using MIPI CSI2 standards and interfaces, and implementation for JPEG encodersdecoders.br br BUSINESS NECESSITY In order to successfully perform these very challenging job duties at Renovo, we require a candidate with at least a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science plus five years of experience in the complete software development lifecycle developing camera drivers and features, camera and motion sensors synchronization and related software drivers using MIPI CSI2 standards and interfaces, and implementation for JPEG encodersdecoders.br br Candidates without at least a Bachelors degree would not have the theoretical or academic background needed to independently design and develop completely new proprietary software to meet functional requirements for customized software and systems at a professional level. This position requires a candidate able to develop and use mathematical models and algorithms which are normally taught only at the Bachelors degree level or higher. The successful candidate must also leverage software development tools and programming languages, test completed software and ensure it meets functional requirements. A candidate without a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science would simply not have the theoretical or academic background to successfully develop software with broad objectives but no previous templates or examples to use. Renovo proprietary software requires novel approaches to develop new solutions, which requires a person with a Bachelors degree. Five years of experience is required to provide the practical experience and problem solving abilities necessary to successfully work with business professionals and other engineers to explain and recommend the most important aspects of the software, as well as the ability resolve advanced technical issues which arise throughout the software development lifecycle, including specific knowledge of software development of camera drivers and features, camera and motion sensors synchronization and related software drivers using MIPI CSI2 standards and interfaces, and implementation for JPEG encodersdecoders.br br NOT REASONALBE TO TRAIN It is not reasonable to expect a 30person company like Renovo to provide training equivalent to a baccalaureate education in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Technology moves very quickly in this field and Renovo is seeking a senior level software developer to work independently with little or no supervision applying mathematical models, algorithms, software development principles and theories, as well as leading edge technologies, including developing novel software drivers using MIPI CSI2 standards and interfaces, and implementation for JPEG encodersdecoders. Our small company has no one qualified to provide this type of baccalaureate level education or training in the latest methods, tools or technologies. On the contrary, we are seeking to hire a person who will be our resource for software development principles, theories, and the latest technologies at a senior level and who can start work immediately as a fully independent senior software developer with professional level expertise in an area we are lacking.br br Part I, Section D.
