Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in architecture, interior design or a related field and 13 years of experience in the position offered or 13 years of experience performing commercial interior design or architecture. Also requires 13 years of experience developing technical drawings including zoning diagrams, floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and details required in building design and construction.
