Specific Skills

The 12 months of experience required in Section H must be related accounting experience. Experience must include 12 months of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following 1 assisting with monthly financial close process through preparation of GAAP financial statements, variance analysis and account reconciliations while adhering to tight deadlines; 2 serving as software administrator for Concur Software responsible for the oversight of a companys travel and entertainment program, including administration of process for at least 50 employees expense reports, and responsibility for review and upload of information to Accounting Software Sage; 3 assisting in identifying potential problem accounts and sending followup correspondence; producing reports of accounts that are in arrears and performing an analysis of bad debt; preparing analysis and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud; 4 assisting with other accounting functions such as taxes, monthly and yearly financial reports; balancing and monitoring daily and monthly accounting concerning Company receipts and expenses; resolving discrepancies, making adjustments and distributing reports; 5 responsibility for oversight of Sage integration with Wells Fargo Receivable manager software to automate postings of daily transactions Cash receipts in Sage. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program.
