Experience must include assisting with the preparation of schematic design and design development drawings, and developing physical models and 3D renderings. Must also 1 have knowledge of design, construction types, and building materials; 2 be familiar with Chinese zoning, building codes, and building materials; 3 be proficient using the following architectural software Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, AutoCAD Arch, Grasshopper, Sketchup, Maya, Vray, Bluebeam, Revit, 3D Max, Enscape, Lumion; 4 demonstrate fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese; and 5 present a portfolio including a minimum of two Chinese projects.br br Nonlicensed Designer role in 2004 PCPA obtained advisory opinions from the relevant New York and Connecticut state authorities for USCIS to evidence why its Designers cannot be classified under the ONET for Architect and qualify as professional ONET Architectural Designers. The opinions and current state licensure regulations clearly state that only those with licenses may use the title of Architect. PCPA Designers do not have licenses.
