ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE. Requires Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering, Telecommunications and Networking, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressive experience in networking, Firewall and NAT. In lieu of a Bachelors degree followed by 5 years of progressive experience, employer will accept a Masters or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 3 years of experience in the skill sets stated above. Experience therein to include 2 years with signaling, call flow, SDP for SIP and troubleshooting call flow issues, OSI or TCPIP model, switching and routing protocols, and different operating systems such as Windows, Linux andor macOS; and 1 year with IP telephony and web conferencing, assessing customers network deployments, using appropriate debugging tools, and driving issues to resolution. May work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
