Must have a Bachelors Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Must have five years of experience leading an Enterprise Resource Planning ERP team. Must also have experience with Cloud ERP technology specifically with SAP and SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and Oracle to help map out future HR landscape; Robotic Process Automation RPA, Artificial Intelligence Technology, and Cloud Automation tools to align with business units to streamline transactional activity; and leveraging advanced analytic tools Tableau and integration tools MuleSoft to help with managing the complex integration with a variety of systems.
