Minimum requirements Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related field of Chemical Engineering, including process safety experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and pharm industries. Must also have at least three years of project management experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering or related field plus 3 years of postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or related field, or a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or related field. Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is acceptable.br br Must have Proven ability mentoring and training junior engineers, consequence analysis and the evaluation of toxicity of flare releases; proven ability identifying overpressure scenarios and global scenarios, working with the OSHA, PSM, and EPA RM regulations; proven experience documenting and tracking PSM activities; and demonstrated knowledge of process simulation software Hysys and pressure scenario calculations in PSM activities.
