Specific Skills
Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following Utilizing structuring and trading commodities options; Modeling structure cash flows and incorporating cash flows into corporate financial statements to determine impact to client; Estimating and modeling loss given default scenarios; Researching client technologies and market dynamics and incorporating into structured product offerings; Structuring debt products for clients and structuring executing debt syndication plans; Reviewing and applying structures based on legal documentation; Negotiating with credit, operations and other control functions to structure deals and acceptable terms; Summarizing complex structures into accessible materials and marketing to potential clients; and, Managing clients discussions and expectations to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes with minimal friction. The employer will accept pre or post Masters degree experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree in a stated field and 5 years of progressively responsible experience. 20 domestic and 10 international travel required, as necessary.
