Position requires a Masters degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related. Qualified candidate must have at least 1 year and 6 months 18 months of mechanicalindustrial engineering experience providing structural design and analysis of product development processes in automotiveheavy machinery industry; and, working with the following tools and technologies Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis DFMEA, Finite Element Analysis FEA, Failure Root Cause Analysis RFA, Design of Experiments DOE, Hypermesh, Hyperview, Abaqus, Ncode and Optistruct. Qualified candidate must have at least 1 year and 6 months 18 months of experience a evaluating performance based on engineering principles and providing design change recommendations to produce performance compliance, b developing system modeling and analysis techniques in system and subsystem level performances and validating the results, c conferring with engineers to provide design guidance, and d analyzing data to ensure correct conclusions are reached. All experience may be gained concurrently before, during or after Masters program. Employer will accept candidates with any suitable combination of education and experience as described in H4 to H10, above.
