The position requires, at a minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or Operations Engineering; a Bachelors Degree level grade point average GPA of at least 3.0 or acceptable foreign equivalent GPA; fundamental understanding of production and inventory control management software systems also known as MPC or MRP systems such as SAP and JD Edward; strong understanding of analytical software packages and research tools to be able to perform predictive and causal data analysis and help drive improvements; strong understanding of cost and economic analysis and supply chain activitybased costing; and strong knowledge in process improvements using six sigma or lean strategies.
