Since the majority of the firms clients approximately 70 are Vietnamese nationals who have limited knowledge of English, in order to effectively respond to clients inquiries and requests, our Public Relations Specialist must communicate with clients in Vietnamese. Due to the complexity of legal proceedings and peculiarities of legal terms, for our clients who do not speak English as their first language, it is extremely difficult to comprehend and discuss legalrelated matters in English. We therefore need a Public Relations Specialist who can alleviate such burden for our clients and promote our businesses by assisting our clients in Vietnamese.br br Vietnamese fluency of our Public Relations Specialist is utilized in for translating firms material between English and Vietnamese and interpreting business process and transaction between Vietnamese clients and Attorneys during meetings, and also for updating and maintaining content posted on social media to disseminate accurate information to Vietnamese clients and increase the firms presence and business.br br Our Public Relations Specialist delivers speeches and presentations in Vietnamese to promote the firms services and present positive public image of the firm for Vietnamese clients, and meets clients in the U.S. or Vietnam to promote our business and campaign.br br In other words, our Public Relations Specialist must use Vietnamese on a daily basis, and thus, a Public Relations Specialist who cannot communicate, read and write in fluent Vietnamese will not be able to effectively perform the duties described at Item # H11 above.
