Required Skillsbr Must have 1 year experience in each of the following reviewing customer blueprints including GDT data to determine manufacturing processes; applying customer quality requirements, including traceability and leak rate; calculating gauge calibration and developing preventative maintenance for gauges; implementing statistical process controls on customer key features using Prolink; improving manufacturing quality verification; performing root cause analysis on quality defects. Must have 6 months experience in each of the following performing internal quality audits to validate poke yoke, scrap, and quality processes and documentation, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality standards; liaising with customer to develop PPAP documentation; determining line capacity using MiniTab; analyzing data and drafting Right First Time Zero Defects and COPQ reports. Required skills may be acquired through employment, or pre or post graduation internships, and may be acquired concurrently.
