High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years experience in the job offered or two years experience as a foremansupervisor insulation or Foremansupervisor waterproofing engaged in leading crews of 5 insulators andor water proofers.br br Must have knowledge in insulation, waterproofing, hot kettles, and metal building construction. Must be able to use small hand and power tools and precision measuring and testing devices, as well as forklifts and aerial lifts. Must be able lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Lift, Push, pull or carry objects; use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity hand, hand with arm, two hands, multilimb coordination, and the ability to quickly move arms and legs.br br Must have good communication skills and must communicate efficiently with company colleagues and clients both verbally and in email. Must be able to work 40 hours per week by working in 8 to 12hour shift on workdays.br br Must pass a preemployment drug and alcohol test.
