MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Must have a Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology or a related field, and five years of progressive, postbaccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology or a related field, and four years of related work experience.br br Must have four years of experience determining appropriate learning and training materials, based on needs analysis.br br Must have four years of experience collaborating with internal and external subject matter resources to validate and develop learning and training materials.br br Must have four years of experience with instructional design principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.br br Must have four years of experience with media production, communication techniques and methods, including experience with how to inform and motivate learners.br br Must have four years of experience creating oral and written communications to convert raw content into usable training materials.br br Must have four years of experience with at least two of the following Articulate Storyline 2, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite UPK, uPerform, andor VideoScribe.br br Must have two years of experience working with external clients to devise learning strategies, including educating clients on relevant learning theories and the available options virtual, gamification, social media, certification, proficiency testing, etc..br br Must have one year of experience managing a business development pipeline through the sales cycle.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
