Develop and define OSA architecture for high speed fiber optical transceivers with high performance and high manufacturability with the transceiver engineering group.br 3. Examine, research, and direct the overall performance simulation and tolerance analysis such as optical, optomechanical, optoelectronical, RF, thermal, FMEA, and DFM.br 4. Study and collaborate with both internal and external activepassive component suppliers to develop the necessary lasers, modulators, ASICs, silicon photonics, and passive optical components.br 5. Mature and define specifications for subcomponents used in OSA design.br 6. Collaborate with supply chain personnel to specify and source necessary components.br 7. Lead research development of transmitter and receiver assemblies, working closely with optical, mechanical, RF design, assembly process, test engineering, and product engineering teams; responsible for the concept design, EVT, and DVT.br 8. Research with the quality and reliability team to qualify the product.br 9. Test optoelectronic devices and OSA to understand performance and reliability corners.br 10. Designing and developing OSA Optical SubAssembly for high speed fiber optics transceivers, using various technologies, such as DML, EML, MZM, Silicon Photonics, PIN, APD.
