In addition, the position requires an academic or industrial background in i designing and developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures utilizing SolidWorks CAD; ii troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes and equipment by running tests, performing root cause analyses, and utilizing process improvement and statistical tools, including Design of Experiment DOE, Gage RR, CpCpk capability statistics, and Statistical Process Controls SPC; iii applying manufacturing concepts, including Value Stream mapping, 5S and Visual Workplace; iv supporting medical device manufacturing compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO13485; and v supporting maintenance of the Quality Management System QMS and Environmental Management System EMS, including NonConformance Material Reports NCMR and Corrective ActionPreventative Actions CAPAs.
