Bachelors or higher degree in Business or related field with concentration in Engineering plus 3 years related experience, or in the alternative, Bachelors degree in Engineering or related plus 3 years related experience. Experience must include the following Research and development of machine manufacturing, testing procedures, tools, test devices, experimental assemblies, and production processes for machinery used in paper industry including forming machines including spiral winder, containercup forming machines, paper lid machines, slitter machines, and sealing machines. Must be able to read drawings, circuit diagrams, process flow diagrams, and motion diagrams for complex troubleshooting, resolution of production processes, and knowledge of packaging material used in the industry. Must have experience in plant machine equipment including Lid machine, Spiral winder, and Slitter, its manufacturing, production processes, and testing procedures. Must have experience with mechatronics and material science and its applicability to product requirements, plant production, and equipment in the paper industry. Must have experience in documentation management using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and project management software to create reports and drawings in compliance with standards and guidelines of industry. Must have experience in project management to ensure success of internal and customer related projects. Must have experience in the stateoftheart technology and guidelines standards in the packaging industry including use of Ultrasonic, or comparable tools; Experience in machine manufacturing and 3D Design software including Autodesk Inventor or comparable tool; Experience with 2D Design software including Autodesk AutoCAD, or comparable tools; and experience in control technologies and PLC programming including Siemens, AllenBradley, and Frequency Drives.
