This position requires three 3 years of experience with the following skills advising both assetlight and assetheavy clients across logistics, trucking, class I railroads, shortline railroads, cruise lines, maritime shipping including Jones Act companies, freight technology disruptors, and heavyside construction materials sectors; working with global transportation companies on crossborder MA and to support international partners on execution and coverage for companies based outside the U.S.; raising private capital for global disruptors in freight technology; leading crossfunctional teams in executing MA including buyside, sellside, divestitures, and mergers, as well as debt capital raises including both high yield and investment grade, activism defense, and credit ratings advisory, along with equity capital raise inlcuding IPO, structured private capital, and followon equity; and performing advanced corporate finance analysis including financial statement analysis, valuation, capital structure analysis, MA structuring, tax implications in an MA scenario, financial liquidity analysis, and ratings analysis. This position requires 25 domestic travel.
