Must also have 3 years of experience in each of the following product development; applying knowledge of processed food or drink product development including recipe simulation, Ionic balance calculation, prediction of product physical attributes and product compliance assessment tool; ensuring products and processes are compliant with industry safety standards or Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs; end to end process development; design software applications including design for spray drying, evaporation, fluidbed calculations, Holding Tube calculations and UHT Process; refining product design including evaporator design calculations, spray drying and density simulation; project management including KPIs, validation methods, risk assessments and leading crossfunctional teams; Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook; utilizing SAP, CAT, Q Stat and Documentum; and communicating complex technical concepts to senior management and stakeholders through presentations and written reports. Experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training andor experience which would qualify an applicant for this position.
