The understanding of construction contracts and subcontractors, project invoices and estimations for public biddings need extensive experience in the field. The five years of experience trains a person to quickly get adopted to OhmShiv Constructions mode of working and system of Cost Estimation; the experience is required for a person to be skilled in construction cost estimation, more especially public projects accounting, where additional protocol and public accounting are the necessity. The required experience prepares the candidate to discharge the job duties to the normal expectations that meets the functional, business, and company objectives.
