Specific Skills

Bachelors degree in business, management, or marketing plus at least 72 months of experience as an individual contributor sales representative and at least 12 months managing sales teams. Prior sales and sales leadership experience must yield a demonstrated track record of success in the industry of medical devices. Experience may be before, during or after degree. Also requires familiarity in calling on hospital personnel emergency physicians, PAs, RNs, and related members of the Emergency Department, as well as members of hospital procurement value analysis teams and prehospital emergency personnel paramedic, fire rescue, EMTs, life flight nurses; demonstrated knowledge of medical device industry; clinically knowledgeable with a strong history of utilizing basic AP and clinical resources as a major part of driving a sale forward; strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; presentation skills including ability to present numerical data as well as strategic policy effectively and edit presentation based upon the audience; excellent communication skills; solid business acumen, including understanding of business implications of decisions, displaying orientation to profitability, demonstrating knowledge of market and competition, and aligning work with strategic goals; proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams; and proficiency with computer technology and Microsoft Office suite, including iOS platforms. 65 travel in Southeast U.S. When not traveling, may work from home in the Southeast U.S.
