Specifically, he was employed by Foley Lardner LLP as an Associate from October 1, 2014 through December 17, 2019. His experience includes managing global trademark portfolios and coordinating with local counsel in foreign jurisdictions; handling disputes under the Uniform DomainName DisputeResolution Policy; handling claims and takedown requests made pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act; supporting clients through counseling and litigation of trade dress matters; drafting and negotiating coexistence agreements; and representing clients in trademark litigation matters before both Federal District Courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Accordingly, the foreign national meets the requirements for the job opportunity.br br Regarding Section H.12, please note that the employers requirements for the positionbr are normal.
