At a minimum, the qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; ten 10 years progressive civil engineering and construction experience as a project engineer, estimator, quantity surveyor, supervising engineer, rebar engineer, or other related position; and six 6 years experience in project costing, including performing cost studies, reconciling costs, making cost estimates, cost planning, and related activities.
