Require a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in a related biomedicalbehavioral field and 2 years of direct experience in clinical biomedical or behavioral research. Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following can be gained concurrentlybr Pharmacological or biologic vaccine therapeutic trial clinical, scientific, and technical terminology and concepts used in research protocols and medical records;br Guiding investigations in the conduct of human subject research and ensuring compliance with federal regulations, guidelines governing federaldomestic and international clinical trials, institutional policies, IRB policies and procedures, and institutional systems;br Maintaining mandatory regulatory binders for therapeutic drug or trials throughout the conduct of a clinical trial containing the most current IRBapproved version of the protocol including amendments, IRB approvals, informed consent form, delegation of authority log, details about laboratory standards, and the qualification of investigators and study staff;br Communicating and collaborating with CROs or central IRB organizations to submit required documentation, maintain site compliance with trial requirements and resolve outstanding issues;br Project managing site preparedness activities including coordinating monitoring visits, site initiation visits, and closeout visits;br Creating and maintaining study drug or device accountability documentation; and,br Maintaining complex databases for conducting clinical trials including organizing trial data and preparing data reports for study teams, investigators, institutional committees or study monitors and sponsors.br br Must also have experience in the following reviewing protocolrelated regulatory documents for sites; preparing and maintaining regulatory therapeutic trial documentation FDA and other relevant federal agencies; developing and implementing training modules at sites; and establishing and implementing corrective action plans for deviations from or violations of protocol, missing data, inadequate consent, and auditing purposes.
