Must have 3 years experience with the following working in law with organizations with manufacturing capabilities in South Korea or the semiconductor industry in South Korea; management of wide legal agenda and complex commercial transactions; legal experience in regulatory investigations and compliance; and international transaction experience in Asian commercial law.br JD from American Bar Association accredited law schoolbr Law license in at least one state in U.S. Fluency in speaking, writing, and legal drafting skills in English and Korean. May travel to Korea 2 times per year.br br Ms. Ryu obtained her Juris Doctorate JDfrom Northwestern University School of Law, an ABA accredited university, in Chicago, Illinois in May 2012. Ms. Ryu is also licensed to practice law in New Jersey License # 906052012 and New York License # 5103825.
