Three years of experience performing downstream process development and purification of therapeutic proteins using affinity, multimodal, and ionexchange resins. 2. One year of experience performing large scale downstream purification grated than 10 liter scale of Biosynthetic molecules for therapeutic purposes. 3. One year of experience in protein formulation work and protein stability work. 4. Maintaining research laboratory notebooks and compiling and maintaining data utilizing an internal research database. 5. Utilizing the following laboratory skills data collection and analysis, molarity calculations, preparing buffers for purification and protein formulation, and sterile techniques for preparing formulation buffers and generating drug substance and product. 6. Performing the following biological research activities column chromatography, Tangential Flow Filtration TFF, protein analysis assays using High Performance Liquid Chromatography HPLC, and quantifying DNARNA using Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction qPCR. 7. Working with AKA Pure systems and Unicorn software. 8. Packing chromatography resins and testing packed columns. Position requires lifting 50lb bag of media. Any and all experience can be gained concurrently.
