Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management Information Systems and one year of experience in the job offered or one year of experience preparing business requirement documents and technical design documents for all the reports developed, tested, and deployed from development to testing and finally to production; developing list, cross tab, drill through, masterdetail, chart and complex reports which involved multiple prompts, conditional formatting, conditional blocks in report studio; testing report output against the database to validate reports; tracing the performance of the reports and validated them from the database level to the report studio level and tuned the reports for better performance; working closely with business analysts and key business users to obtain requirements and provide accurate reporting needs to optimize manufacturing operation; converting other system reports to Cognos BI tools including data collection and format, designing reports, programming, and publishing the reports; and creating drill through reports from dashboard to all summarytrend reports, trend reports to summary reports and summary to detail reports.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.br br 20 CFR 656.17k states that If there has been a layoff by the employer applicant in the area of intended employment within 6 months of filing an application involving the occupation for which certification is sought or in a related occupation, the employer must document it has notified and considered all potentially qualified employer applicant U.S. workers of the job opportunity. Per DOL regulations, only potentially qualified U.S. workers must be notified of the job opportunity. We respectfully note that the laid off workers are not potentially qualified U.S. workers and, therefore, DOLs notification and consideration requirement is not triggered.
