Manage Workday Human Resources Information System HRIS software application development and integrations as a member of the HRIS Team under Global HR Services. Lead and support integrations across Workday and other systems. Implement the HRIS vision and strategies for Integrations. Lead and participate in technical and crossfunctional projects for HRIS systems and applications implementations. Supervise three 3 subordinate employees, including one 1 Systems Integration Analyst and two 2 Systems Integration Specialists. Architect transformation and display of XML with XSLT for integration solutions using Workday Studio and Oxygen XML. Create BIRT Reports using Workday Studio. Utilize knowledge and expertise in Workday technologies, including Workday Application Program Interfaces APIs, Workday Studio, prebuilt Workday Integration Connectors for HCM, Benefits and Payroll, Business Process Framework, Eligibility Rules and Notifications, Security, PICOF andor PECI to carry out responsibilities. Deploy Workday payroll integrations to meet payroll requirements. Implement Single SignOn using SAML andor OpenID using knowledge in Identify Providers.
