Must have completed at least one large scale ergonomic improvement projects with proven results and reduction in ergonomic risk factor. Prior experience leading teams. Demonstrated and proven ability to analyze injury reports, evaluate workstations and providing design solutions for workstation and ergonomic tool enhancements. Ability to support prototyping of design solutions through modeling software and 3D printed prototypes or other means to review designed improvements. In lieu of Bachelors plus 5 years of experience, will accept a Masters degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Human FactorsErgonomic Engineering and 3 years of experience as stated above. Domestic and International travel required up to 30 of the time. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
