Specific Skills

This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field plus three 3 years of related experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent Business Administration, or related field plus 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience. Must also have 12 months of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 creating system user stories and requirements for the release of salesforce.com enhancements to manage consumer processes and data in a contact center environment; 2 working with GDPR protocols for capturing and documenting consent for Consumers; 3 performing process optimization, data analytics and reporting, and designing data management protocols; 4 identifying and defining campaign segments and target groups in CRM; 5 leading cross functional strategic projects and coordinating global efforts to implement new contact center technologies and processes including Avaya and automation of consumer segmentation and engagement programs; and 6 working with the following tools and technologies Salesforce, Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager, Avaya CMS, JMP, JIRA, Oracle CRM, Power Query, and PowerBI. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Masters program. Domestic and international travel required up to 20 of the time.
