Must have a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or foreign equivalent, and 2 years experience. Qualifying experience must be as an Engineer or substantially similar position performing the following Design integrated systems for the manufacture of electromechanical components and assemblies for high performance electrical brakes utilizing the following Six Sigma DMAIC and PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, Mini Tab, MS Visio, MS Projects, AutoCAD, Solid Works, CATIA, PROE, PLC Programming, and Tableau; implement PDCA PlanDoCheckAct cycles to plan and track condition of the hot press, preform and stamping equipment and provide improvements across the valuestream; evaluate and define system process failures, performing root cause analysis and facilitate corrective action for robust system stability; design tooling and fixtures to modify existing production equipment and design PLC ladder logics for improving quality; conduct trial runs for new product introduction to determine capability of equipment and processes as part of the Product Part Approval Process PPAP.
