MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree, or its equivalent, in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; and 5 years of auditing experience within EMEA region.br br Must have Demonstrated expertise of the EMEA regulatory environment and its relevance to successfully bridged the communication gap between global entities and their offices; apply knowledge and expertise to manage projects and supervise the daily activities of assigned audit team members; delegate assignments to team members and oversee their project work and daily interactions with clients; demonstrated extensive knowledge of legal entity structure and governance financial institutions; advanced knowledge of European regulatory environment and provisions applicable to clients operating in andor contracted with EMEA locations; in particular, Germany MaRisk Minimum Requirements for Risk Management, UK Client Asset Sourcebook CASS regulations, Irish Annex II, Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive AIFMD and Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities UCITS regulations; experience in delivering group training sessions, including EMEA regulatory training needs as aligned to the audit plan; and department Methodology training for newly onboarded employees.
