While at Columbia, she demonstrated academic excellence as indicated by her transcript showing higher than an A average, and her receipt of several scholarships specifically, she was named the Yvonne AM Smith Charitable Trust Scholar, James Kent Scholar, and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Additionally, the foreign national has been admitted to the New York State Bar since March 20, 2017. Additionally, she possesses at least four years of experience as a Litigation Law ClerkAssociate. Specifically, she was employed by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton Garrison LLP as a Litigation Law Clerk from August 17 2015 through March 20 2017, and has been a Junior Associate, Litigation from March 20 2017 through the present. Her experience includes at least four years of experience supporting senior attorneys in litigation cases involving commercialsecurities law, fraudwhite collar crime, FCPA, Rico actions, claims over 100 million, and internal corporate investigations and transnational discovery matters, including by performing legal document review and due diligence.br br Please note that positions of Litigation Law ClerkJunior Litigation Associate are not substantially comparable to the offered position of Senior Associate, Litigation, as the positions require the performance of different job duties in excess of 50 of the time.
