Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Telecommunication Engineering and four 4 years of experience in the job offered or four 4 years of experience performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of large turnkey projects utilizing TCPIP, LANWAN fundamentals, and Layer 2 and 3 Switching OSI Model; utilizing expertise in IP, Gigabit Ethernet, Core RoutingSwitching design and implementations, RAN topology and physical port layout between wireless and wired nodes; configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco Elements like routers, switches; configure redundancy, load balancing, Traffic Prioritization, and QoS analysis for capacity and bandwidth management; configuring, testing, and troubleshooting 2G3G4GLTE; performing routine monitoring, traffic analysis, and troubleshooting using expertise in RF parameters, QoS Integration, call flow, and network elements including NodeB, EnodeB, RNC, BSC, MSC, SIAD, MSN and smallcells. Candidate should also have in depth knowledge of legacy technologies such as TDMAFDMA, carrier systems like T1T3DS3 and SVCPVCs like ATM and Frame Relay. Experience must include at least one 1 year of experience in satellite radio and architecture design; configuring, maintaining, and augmenting Satellite and Internet Core network gateways and remotes; experience with iDirect and Comtech platforms as well as satellite earth station IP, physical and logical architecture; and integrating satellite IP hubs and systems into ATT product and service architecture.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
