Special Requirements Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in the following 1. Use of modelling techniques to perform thermal modeling to predict temperatures of critical components using Icepak 2. Design experience with Creo 3. Creating of the thermal parts and assemblies that shall have an arrangement of full or partial thermal elements. Thermal elements are defined as heat sinks, air baffles, thermal interface materials, vapor chamber, heat pipes and liquid cooling. 4. Verifying thermal and mechanical compliance per PCIe, Telcordia, ETSI spec and criteria Evaluate thermal data collected from engineering and manufacturing test to confirm product conformance to thermomechanical requirements, testing and modeling 5. With DFM Design for Manufacturing, including experience with volume manufacturing. 6. Tolerance analysis of high complexity and precision mechanical designs 7. Developing Design of Experiments DoE plan and conducting uncertainty analysis of DoE parameters. Solid and fluid pressure measurement for thermal management solution. Warpage and product failure analysis characterization for PCB, Package and thermal management solutions
