Continued from Item H.10B Position requires minimum 6 months Item H.10A of experience providing or directly supporting the following duties and skills For the design and manufacturing of customized battery systems, including battery cabinets and racks, provide production support to machining and assembly, analyze engineering sketches, specifications and related data to determine design factors including size, shape and arrangement of part, and measure machine parts during production to ensure compliance with design specifications; Sketch rough layouts and compute angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, tolerances and leverages; Utilize Solid Edge and AutoCad to develop designs; Create physical prototypes of the design, inspect materials and production costs to determine manufacturing requirements; Work with mechanical and manufacturing engineers to ensure design ideas meet requirements at reasonable prices. Assess product safety, appearance, and functionality to determine design feasibility; Demonstrate designs and show prototypes to customers for approval.
