MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Masters degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field or foreign degree equivalent and two years of experience in each of the following 1. Applying principles of architectural design, building material selection, construction methods, integration of engineering disciplines, and building costs and codes; 2. Incorporating sustainable design strategies for architectural projects; 3. Designing LEED or Greenstar certified projects; 4. Using Integrated Project Delivery principles; 5. Creating architectural designs and plans using CAD; 6. Developing 2D and 3D computer modeling concepts; 7. Researching products, detailing, and other materials for use in design; 8. Designing to local code requirements; 9. Using BIM, 3D Max, RhinocerosGrasshopper, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD; and 10. International retail design. Experience may be gained concurrently.
