Specific Skills

The five 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience required in Section H must be related experience. Experience must include four 4 years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following 1 Credit Risk Management and Financial Services, including direct responsibility for credit risk management strategy andor policy development, alteration and deployment. 2 Awareness of ISF 39 or IFRS 9 andor CECL, specifically applying an understanding of financial data and assisting clients in adjusting competitive strategies in response to changing impairment requirements. 3 Utilizing Decision Engine, Workflow Management, Strategy Design solutions, tools, advisory and analytics services. 4 Delivering financial results and outstanding customer satisfaction, as demonstrated through continuing loyalty and repeat or continuing engagement. 5 International work in a crossborder environment. 6 Applying knowledge of the organization of collections operational environments. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program. Domestic and international travel required up to 50 of the time.
