Experience is required and must include the following Updating cause and effect matrix, PID, PFD and performing troubleshooting of process equipment such as pumps, heat exchanger, separator, distillation column, reboiler, reactors, and ethylene glycol injection system; Utilizing simulation software such as AspenHYSYS, heat exchanger analysis tool, MOC tools, PHAST, CHEMCAD, and Data Historian Pl and IP21; Utilizing root cause analysis technique RCA for process incidents; handling GHG emission calculation, environmental spill calculation, emergency relief load evaluation for BDVs support Process Hazard Analysis PHA study, evaluation and sizing of pressure valves PSV and calculation and minimization of gas flaring. Be trained in Six Sigma or understand the techniques of the process. Emergency Response Team support. TRAVEL 15 Domestic Travel Required.
