Employer will also accept a Masters degree in Mathematics, Finance, or closely related field and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or related experience in Quantitative Strategies for Trading and Risk Management.br br Must also possess FINRA Series 7 and Series 57 Certifications.br br Must have at least two 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr br Agency Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities CMBS trading, including analyzing relative value and hedging, and trading Freddie Ks,br Fannie Mae DUs, and Ginnie Mae Project Loans ION, Trading Technologies, Broadway Technologies, Bloomberg and Fidessa APIs;br Prepayment and default modeling for CMBS and residential mortgage backed securities, including refinance and credit risk analysis;br Probability of default, loss given default, and exposure at default modelling for commercial real estate;br Utilizing machine learning techniques to predict yield maintenance cashflows and default probability on commercial real estate transactions;br Programming and developing analytics tools using python, VBA, R and Q;br Experience with SQL and KDB databases;br Valuing and managing risk on a portfolio of mortgage backed securities using an option adjusted spread framework;br Statistics, financial modeling, and Monte Carlo simulations; andbr Modeling and structuring of mortgage cash flows.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
