In this capacity, he created functional requirements document for the project based on the business requirements. He analyzed Functional Requirements and created as well as updated the existing STTM document. He maintained MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008, including security, configuration and installation service packs upgrades. He managed conflicts issues and changes so as to ensure the project remained in scope and progressively escalated conflicts in the event of a scope creep. He created mock ups for screens and report templates to help visualize requirements. He assisted in developing user and technical manuals to help developers and new users understand the application. He worked with Business to identify application rules; and drafted and managed rules in terms of maintaining the latest versions and upload to the database. He conducted training for different resources QA and UAT testers that required knowledge of the application.
