In this capacity, he created functional requirements document for the project based on the business requirements. He analyzed Functional Requirements and created as well as updated the existing STTM document. He maintained MS SQL Server 2005 and 2008, including security, configuration and installation service packs upgrades. He managed conflicts issues and changes so as to ensure the project remained in scope and progressively escalated conflicts in the event of a scope creep. He created mock ups for screens and report templates to help visualize requirements. He assisted in developing user and technical manuals to help developers and new users understand the application. He worked with Business to identify application rules; and drafted and managed rules in terms of maintaining the latest versions and upload to the database. He also cocoordinated and assisted in System User Acceptance Testing UAT on all final business process and system products prior to operational deployment. He cocoordinated with analysts and programmers to design and develop automated business systems. He acted as the UAT lead and managed a group of 6 people to conduct testing effectively. He was involved in Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test Execution, Issue Resolution and Report Generation to assure that all aspects of the project are in compliance with the Business Requirements. He gained extensive knowledge of the warehouse management system and became an SME of the application within 6 months. He conducted training for different resources QA and UAT testers that required knowledge of the application. He completed software development lifecycle; and worked with high traffic, high volume web applications to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
