Experience must also include signingcustomizing and implementing new incentives and business models to promote indirect channel sales through partners. i.e. Rebates program, Cloud Choice Profit program launching in LAC; Coordinate monthly consolidation and reporting close calendar and teams activities to meet tight deadlines proposed by headquarters; Analysis of regional resources lay out for cost optimization in Legal statutory view; Recruitment, training, development and supervision of local accounting team; Planning, articulation and execution of the monthly quarterly and annual accounting closing; Building up Annual Financial Statements and support internal and external auditors; Support and coordination of the migration of main finance processes to the Financial Shared Service Center; Monitor compliance of Statutory and Accounting Books to present to official government controllers. 5 travel required.
