MUST POSSESS TROUBLESHOOTING ABILITIES AND STRONG TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF COMMERCIAL SECURITY AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS. MUST BE AN ACTIVE LISTENER, NOT INTERRUPTING AT INAPPROPRIATE TIMES. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPERVISION. MUST HAVE A CLEAN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND. MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD. WILLINGNESS TO SUBMIT TO RANDOM DRUG SCREENINGS.
