Also requires skills 3 yrs exp in developing automation frameworks and coding scripts in Core Java; developing test scripts and automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver; developing automation frameworks and automated functional test scripts for complex business rules and rules engines; developing automation scripts in either Rational Functional Tester RFT or Selenium with Java; writing SQL using joins for data validation from various data sources; and automation testing techniques to cover all possible corner cases for automation testing, verification and validation techniques.br BUSINESS NECESSITY Further to H.12 above All job opportunity requirements are normal except that the minimum qualifications requirements for this job appear to exceed the typical requirements per the OES Job Zone 4 definition. The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular type and level position, because a Senior Automation Tester is a critical advanced Senior level position within our structure. This position involves high level technical work using stateoftheart tools, technologies, and processes. The work involves such critical activities as the following perform advancedlevel tasks including building complex Core Java test scripts, designing endtoend test cases and code for implementations, supporting continuous improvement efforts, determining final issue resolution status, and developing automation testing strategies. This level of ability and responsibility involves advanced skills that require any employee in this position to hold significant relevant qualifications. Such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications. The job requirements bear reasonable relationship to the occupation of Senior Automation Tester in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
